Wales secured the 6 Nations title with a resounding 30-3 victory against England.

Italy beat Ireland for the first time in 6 Nations history 22-15 in Rome. 
Despite beating Scotland 23-16, France finished last and Scotland finished third.

Rugby League: Super League


Catalan Dragons beat Widnes 46-14 despite being 14-12 down at half time. 

Super League leaders Huddersfield also came from behind to beat Hull 24-10 to extend their lead at the top.

Cricket: 2nd Test - New Zealand v England  - Wellington


The 2nd test between New Zealand v England in Wellington was drawn after the final day washed out. 


Golf: Avantha Masters: Jaypee Greens Golf & Spa Resort


South African Thomas Aiken won the Avantha Masters by 3 shots to secure his second European tour title.


Tennis: ATP BNP Paribas Open - Indian Wells, California


Juan Martin del Potro was beaten by Rafael Nadal 4-6 6-3 6-4 in the final.
